Wrestling over exertion

I'm a senior. Today I wrestled a very tuff match for me I lost 2-0 I beat the guy before and that aswell was a close match. Everytime I wrestle after my Match I get extremely dizzy, my arms get numb and I throw up. This is the first time this happened but everytime I breathe its like my ears were constantly popped. I did my research and it seems like over exertion how do I prevent/ overcome this
