Another update: Blizzard CS still does not actually lift the ban
Early yesterday morning, I posted to Reddit with excitement to share the fact that I was unbanned after having been randomly banned by an automated system. I attempted signing in throughout the day after having been unfairly banned.
Three days later, responses to THREE different support tickets letting me know that the account is "no longer suspended", and yet I still do not have access to my account. It still shows that my account is suspended when I sign in. (I have hyperlinked an imgur album containing their responses LMAO).
Again, just shedding light on Blizzard's customer service: They have admitted that I was wrongfully banned; they have admitted that the right thing to do is reopen the account; and they have argued that they have lifted the ban. Yet, I have now already sat through 3 of the 10 days of my initial ban.
At this point, the thought is crossing my mind that I am being gaslit and that they're just going to make me sit through all of it.
