So I have a problem with a achievement…

So I’m trying to get the get the let good times roll achievement and no matter what I do I even redid the whole mission like 8 times, the achievement still won’t unlock did everything possible, and yes I sat down with Shani up top and everything and I just won’t unlock, I guess it’s bugged, I’m on new game plus and I was having fun playing threw the game again and this dumb shit happened
