I found my dress! Now what to do with it?
Hi I'm a long-time lurker of this sub. I was always able to find inspirations and help from here, so I thought I'd also ask for your help with my dress.
Yesterday I finally paid for a dress I love, and it still needs some alterations. I'm adding some lace on top of the current neckline you see, so it covers my boobs better and will be a deeper "v" shape. Besides this, I'm undecided on the following topics:
- What to do with bust support? (I have heard about Brassy bra, perky pear, tape, corset...)
- The dress is strap-less right now, and the store is able to add (1) the soft tulle sleeves you see in the photo, (2) lace-top with 3/4 sleeves, and (3) straps of various widths. What do you think goes best with the dress? I'm basically trying to cover armpit fat and some of my arm.
- I have always wanted to wear a veil, but the veil looks quite busy with the sleeves, any suggestions to include both?
