please help, messed up!

[ FIXED THANK YOU! ]

okay so there are white bags w colors and numbers on them right

and inside are the medications for certain people (sometimes along with colored priced of paper that describe what is inside of the bag: “fridge, mix, and bulk”)

and i got 2 seperate bags that had the card that said bulk in it

so i look at it funny and i decide that it means that the medication is in bulk (duh) and that the “bulk” is in the bag. problem solved.

well, another bag had the same thing and i did it the same as the other bag, handed it off to the customer and marked it as a council.

pharmacist comes over to review with customer and notices that the paper says bulk but medicine is not in bulk? so he asks me

pharmacist: “hailey, did this paper go with this bag?” hailey: “yes sir!” pharmacist : “hailey, so this means that there are more medication to be given to customer.”

MY JAW DROPS AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN MY BRAIN IS IN MY TOES.

he reaches towards the cabinet and pulls out the medication from before, but like a whole box it it.

apparently that was NOT all of the medicine. so now i have scammed one and a half people out of the quantity of their medication.

what do i do? i realized i gave someone barely half of their medicine. (i didn’t give them the bulk that they needed)

btw im very new and have only been working here for a month! lots of things i haven’t been told yet!
