Waist Training For weight loss
Now I know that you don’t necessarily lose weight in your stomach from waist training. The title is more of a eye catcher. I am a 24 female and my waist is currently 33” I am also 173 pounds. I fell off of my weight loss journey but I’m back now trying to finish strong. I want to workout 6days a week and stay on a calorie deficit to reach 140 or at least until i look and feel how I want to. My question is though will the a waist trainer help with this? I need extra motivation and a little extra push so I figured maybe a waist trainer could benefit any replies are welcome thank you in advance!
