"Delivered to Agent, Left with Individual" what does this mean?

Hi, this is the third time I've been sent a package through USPS, the previous two times the last status was "delivered to agent for final delivery" and after that the package took around 5 to 7 days to arrive. But this time, as the title says, the status is "Delivered to Agent, Left with Individual" but of course I haven't received my package. Does this means my package was delivered to the wrong person/address? Has anyone experienced something like this?
