Tips have dropped off a cliff

Anyone else experiencing this? The last two weeks have been the worst tips I’ve had. About 7 or 8 out of 100 trips. I was getting around 30-40% tips a year or two ago. The last 6 months has been worse but last 2 weeks is noticeably even worse.
