What’s the point of Support

I accepted an order last night for $18 and then the customer contacted me just say they want to cancel because the order was supposedly not placed by them. So my first thoughts were to have support help me resolve this issue, because the customer did not know how to cancel on their end. Now keep in mind I had already picked up the food but I had to contact support right after because the customer text me through the app saying they want to cancel so the order wasn’t (“picked up yet” in the app) because I needed support to help me out first before confirming the order now I’m being affected on my account because of supports actions and apparently it’s “on me” has this happened to anyone else ? Like what’s the point of support they are getting paid to do nothing but fuck me like I’m just doing this for side money but Uber sucks ass when it comes to working with them
