Arriving late after program start

Hey everyone. I got accepted into the MiM program for Munich campus a few months ago. Unfortunately, due to visa issues in my country, I will be making it to Munich by November end most likely. While I have some time to finalise my housing situation, I’m worried i will fall behind academically and socially. Especially missing out on important networking events. I just wanted to know if arriving this late is common and if my worries are misplaced?
