Incision Change 4 weeks

Has anyone noticed a change for the worse in the appearance of their incision at the 4 week mark vs the third week. A big portion of my incision at 3 weeks was much flatter and now looks more raised with the rope/braided appearance. I don’t know if it’s to be expected, but I also just started Biocornium silicone gel that my PS recommended.
