hrt access in the south advice needed

I am ftm and turning 19 shortly. In my state, AL, you can access hrt at age 19, but i'm having issues finding any resources. Is it worth even trying to see the singular endocrinologist in my city who is on an lgbtq+ safe directory? telehealth prescription t is banned in my state. Is going out of state, to somewhere like pensacola, fl more viable? will my insurance cover absolutely any of this? i have no community here. i've attached a link to an adult anti-trans assessment map to try and give example to how scary the south feels now.
