Rick versus Negan: who would you trust?

I know many fans see Negan as this evil unredeemable psychopath….this isn’t about that.

You can choose almost any scenario, but I’ll present one. Let’s say you are holding valuable information but you need something they can offer. Both give you their word that if you give them the valuable information, they will give you what they need, but you can only give this information to one of them, else it will be useless.

Who would you give the info to? Who would you trust to actually follow through on their word?
