Why does everyone think Celia has a demon baby?

• The lady says rupert is on his best behaviour, at the group.

• The last says the others give disapproving glares at her bandages.

• to me, it's implied that someone thought that perhaps she was self harming due to Rupert's feeding, perhaps, that's even how she ended up at the group

-The theory that I got out of it, is that the powers are aware of Celia and either are trying to surveil Celia, or are attracted to her, or, to the staff in general.

Especially because Alice thinks that they are being targeted.

I think that Rupert will try to attack Celia, and we might find similar situations with the others.
