why do people care about my acne 😭

my friend was asking what face wash I use and I was like "idk probably (brand I can't remember)" and she said "ohh THAT'S WHY YOU'RE BREAKING OUT" (I wasnt breaking out, my face just looks like that all the time lol) just one example, but other ppl I talk to always seem to mention it 😭 my parents won't let me have anything with dairy because it causes acne apparently, and they keep trying to get me on birth control or another pill to help. like I'm a teenager, isnt acne like the most normal thing to have as a teen?? for reference, I don't have cystic acne or anything, I have a lot of zits on my cheeks but they don't hurt. long rant but like, why do people care what's on my face, its none of their business. I just feel like everyone is too obsessed with perfection, like yeah I have pimples on my face, fine lines, a bump on my nose, thinner eyelashes, and my under eyes are dark, but it wouldn't be very fun if everyone looked the same would it??
