Desktop Windows Manager (dwm.exe) High GPU Usage

Hello, I'm having an issue on Windows, when I open task manager, dwm.exe is sometimes spiking up to 20-30% in idle, but while watching videos or playing video games, it can go up to 60% (Which is alot)! And no this is not a false information from task manager, because I'm having the same results on HWMonitor.
I made researches if people had the same issue as mine, I tried multiple solutions like:

• sfc /scannow
• restore nvidia control panel 3d settings
• set HAGS (Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling) to OFF (it was already by default)
• scan if theres any viruses
• reinstall nvidia driver
• updating windows

I've also noticed that dwm.exe is using GPU whenever something is interacting in the window (like even hovering the cursor on the window) so that's really strange, and I have a decent PC (Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 1660S) So this shouldn't happen normally.
Is there any solutions for that? Because this is impacting my GPU in some sort.
