All servers down (losing my mind)

Hi, new to the IT field, working for a wholesale for 6 months now.

Just ranting that all the servers are down and nothing works. Our external IT partner is getting a closer look at it. Last night I already saw that 1 of the 9 fysical hosts wasn't reachable. Looks like that is one of the issues with other stuff..

In the mean time I get screamed at by the internal salespeople that their stuff isn't working.
