Best steak I’ve ever cooked. Little cheap ribeye I saw while at the supermarket.
Baked for 15 min at 210f/100c and pulled out at 112-115f ish internal temp. Then seared on a piping hot cast iron for 20 sec each side. Absolutely yum.
