Why didn't Speakerman race get Titan TV Man some sort of 'Cinemaman 2.0' kind of upgrade?

This is something that bothered me a bit. Speakerman race should've upgraded UTTVM with a more modernized and advanced version of the cinemaman upgrade in response to the rising tension of the astro toilets starting in episode 70. Soundwaves work extremely well against astros, so tbh if he had that type of upgrade in ep. 77 he could've fought much better and probably could've gotten away from the parasite core fate. I know this could've taken away time and resources from working on the TSM 3.0 upgrade but it is so worth it to avoid an infected titan. What do you think?
