does SH2R stutter on ps5?

im sorry if this isnt the best sub to ask but the stuttering on pc is driving me more insane than james. Love love love the game so im even willing to buy it again on ps5 if it means a better experience.

Having to lock it to 30fps on pc + stuttering still ruining the gameplay + game speed being tied to framerate is kinda ruining this masterful remake for me :(

i just hope unreal engine 5 works someday

(also i already locked the framerate in graphics settings, but it seems sub-30 fps still affects game speed)
