Help, Shrimp Dying 😰

So this is my first only shrimp tank and after a water change yesterday, I've had two deaths in my yellow/orange bees. The water was already cycled and within parameters. I'm really just hoping it was natural causes, but one of them was berried. Please help and let me know if these water parameters are good, because I'm panicking for the rest of my colony It's a 5 gallon, heavily planted, with approximately 20 shrimp of various breeds in it
