Rav4 bed recommendations?

What is the best solution for sleeping on a mattress in the back of a rav4? Looking for inflatable or other solutions.

I had planned to cut a memory foam bed like this:

But now I am leaning toward an inflatable mattress that I can easily stow… What do you think?
