Budget TV Recommendation - Hisense E68N vs TCL C61B vs Your Suggestion

I am looking at 50-55 inch TVs, to use with the PS5.

Main requirement is that I want to use Dolby Atmos Soundbar with the TV, at the same time as PS5, so that I can get the best quality Picture through PS5 (assuming 4k@60, with DolbyVision/HDR10/+, with ALLM/VRR when possible) and Dolby Atmos through Soundbar.

Currently, I have seen two good TVs on a budget - Hisense E68N vs TCL C61B, but looks like they have only one HDMI 2.1/eARC port, so that would mean basic 4k60 on one of the other HDMI if I want to keep the soundbar connected through the eARC port for Atmos.

(no ALLM/VRR is fine as I am not a competitive gamer, but I want DolbyVision/HDR10/+ support to enjoy the best experience)

Looks like Dolby Vision/HDR10/+ are supported through basic HDMI 2.0 (https://www.reddit.com/r/4kTV/comments/rq6czr/comment/hq8ljrd/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web3x&utm\_name=web3xcss&utm\_term=1&utm\_content=share\_button)

Please suggest if either of these TVs are good (especially Service Center/Service Quality wise), and/or if you have any other suggestion altogether. (Dolby Vision + Atmos Soundbar Connectivity are basic requirements)
