Sharp stabbing pains 40 weeks today

They aren’t contractions I’m sure if it and my water didn’t break but I am feeling these sharp sharp pains in like my lower bladder area. Feels like baby is moving around but I know I’m not in labor. I’m scared to stretch or do anything that will enable labor. I’m hoping nothing happens overnight because I have a toddler as well and would love if I could just go to the hospital during the day or be induced soon.
