Power Rangers if they had pokemon pt.2

Another user suggested Bulk and Skull so I figured why not. These are based solely on which Pokemon fit their personalities, physical characteristics, attributes, etc. typing not so much. I also try to avoid using multiple legendary and reusing pokemon. Let me know if you guys want any other characters. This is kind of fun.
