Will my trophies transfer to my friend if he takes the cd for the game?

So my friend plans on giving me his Spider-Man 2 cd since he doesn’t want it, but he told me he might take it back from me after a month, I’m wondering if I could platinum the game fully and then give the cd back, like will my trophies transfer to him or will his trophies transfer to me?
