So this is the situation

Ok so on my PlayStation I have my friends account and my own and I’m trying to game/console share with him and vice versa the problem is that neither of us can activate each others accounts and we haven’t given anyone else our accounts to do so, so I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and how to fix it?
