New Playstation

i have a PS4 and i am looking to get a PS5. In order to keep all my games, save data, etc do i need a data transfer? (eg: i have the crew 2 on my ps4, if i just sign into my psn account do i get the game along with the data, or would i need to rebuy it and start over?)
