Help!!!

I got my eyebrow Piercing a little over a year ago (sometime in november of last year) and its been great!! i love it and friends say they cant see me without it... , i down sized it from the original about 7 months after, its able to move around so its not too tight (still stainless steel) i love the way it looks and it definetly gives me confidence, one problem... theres been a bump on the bottom part that I just cannot get to go away. Ive gotten the redness to fade away and the bump to almost disappear at times but it keeps coming back and im running out of ideas to get it to vanish, and it does leak puss occasionally, I clean it almost everyday, use warm compresses occasionally, some creams, now trying tea tree oil, its not painful (unless bumped or snagged like any other piercing) its just frustrating having it pointed out by family. I got my nose pierced 6 months after and that healed faster than this... any tips???

(I also faceplanted on a bed 2 days after getting it, having forgotten ab it, and it bruised like youd expect but now its just a bump that refuses to budge)
