Bad server or opponent is using illegal methods in game?

This is a div 2 match I had just 15 minutes ago. Im on 5g with 120mbs, 20 ping, iphone 14 - so therefore there shouldn’t be a problem on my side of connection or processing the game from the phone itself. As we can see from the gameplay, everything is delayed, its glitched out, no smooth movement, no nothing. I had like 3 matches beforehand and played fair and square, no bad connection, everything went smooth. Whats most likely when you or myself have a match that this happens - your opponent is hacking somehow the game or is it just bad servers and Im on the bad end of it? Isnt it that if the server is bad the both players have a bad connection? Whats the case here and how many times do you guys had such games - your end isnt responsive but your opponent is smashing you.
