home loan new repo rate change of interest rate related query

Hello, i currently have my interest rate at 8.6% in icici bank (6.5% repo rate 2.1% spread,) rbi reduced repo rate by 0.25%. i enquired multiple people from icici and i got multiple answers like it is the first time they are handling home loan

response 1: it would be reset automatically on next quarter (5 april 2025)

response 2: my relationship manager always calls to sell garbage, when i called for this, he straight away said to visit branch

response 3: you need to write an application and pay 1000 rs processing charges

response 4: in 2 weeks it would automatically reduce

response 5: mera khud ka 8.8% pe hai, aapka bhle hi repo rate pe floating loan hai, aur kum kia toh bank kmayega kya, repo rate bhle hi rbi ne kum kia toh iska ye mtlb nhi ki hume kum krna hi boga

response 6: repo rate kb kum hua iski jankari hume nhi mili, news mein toh kuch bhi batayege, hume curcular chahiye

can someone advice what to do in this case if anyone knows what to do and how to reduce interest rate without facing further stupidity from.un trained staff
