Why is my pc so buggy?

My game is not working

I loaded up bo1 and when ever I load a new game it’s a small black box I have to quickly press when I first play and for some reason when I changed my resolution it made bo1 a black box which won’t let me access the rest of my pc and won’t close the tab how do I fix this?
