Cinebanch r23 low score 9800x3d

Hello everyone, yesterday I started my new computer, and during tests on Cinebench R23, I got poor results compared to other 9800X3D processors. I have msi x870 tomahawk newest BIOS, 360 AIO, DDR 5 6000 cl 30. I used PBO x10 +200Mhz, curve all -40, X3d disable. Should I return the processor and hope for a better one in the silicon lottery?
