Salary not equivalent to minimum wage?
I am on $62,400 salary. Which would be $30 an hour for a 40 hour week.. problem is I work 55+ hours a week, should I wait and see if it balances out or complain?
I thought I should add more context, here is copy and paste of two parts of my contract I found relevant to the conversation.

Hours of Work
Your agreed hours of work shall normally be a minimum of 40 hours per week between Monday - Sunday including Public Holidays when required.
Remuneration
You shall be paid a gross salary of $62,500 per year in full satisfaction for all work performed (including compensation for any additional hours you are required to be available/perform outside of your guaranteed hours of work).
