Anybody know of places that offer free food on your "birthday"\Other creative ways to get free food?

To cut a long story short, my car has been stolen this week and all the expenses with insurance and a temporary replacement have left me without money for food. I've contacted all the food banks in my area but the soonest I could get an appointment is this coming Friday, and Winz said I'm ineligible for a food grant. Please, I'm not looking for sympathy, just some creative ways anybody may have that I could obtain some free food. All ideas are welcomed. Thanks for reading!
