I messed up

Two patients with similar last names both had urine orders. One (patient A) had a pregnancy test, the other (patient B) did not. Patient B was pregnant knew that, patient A had no reason to think she was pregnant. I get brought patient B urine and run it under patient As label and released those results. Patient A was 16 and here with her mom. She got sent home thinking she was pregnant. I did call the nurses station to let them know there had been a mix up but it was too late. I am feeling the weight of the world on my heart and idk what to do.
