Looking for somebody to carry me to gold

I actually hate being this person but since the ranked system is so busted anyway I feel a lot less bad about it.

I’ve been getting absolutely shredded in ranked games, and unfortunately, as a strategist main, there’s not a crazy amount I can do about the level 12 bucky that’s going 50 and 2 in my silver lobbies. I’m trying to get the moon knight skin, and despite gaining 40 points for each game I win because of how well I do, I’m loosing 20-30 for how well the other team somehow miraculously does. Is there anybody who will just help me get to gold three from silver 2?

All I’m really looking for is somebody with a smurf account or something that can just lend me a quick hand, or somebody with experience in games like this who’s ranked lower than they should be (namely the 50 and 2 bucky in all my lobbies) to help me out - it would be massively appreciated.
