RCBC CARD

Hello po! I would like to ask if anyone had already received the rcbc centennial card? Because i applied for the card last December 10, 2024 and until now i dont have any confirmation email or text (except sa activation of account in rcbc pulz which HINDI NAGWOWORK) and its so frustrating na nag follow up na ako regarding the card pero until now wala parin akong nakuhang email or message.
