Why are people jamming coins in all the Lime bike seat adjusters?

Every Lime Bike I go to rent at the moment has a coin jammed in the seat adjuster, so you can’t adjust the seat. What is the reason for this? Is it just vandalism or is there some other reason? Are other people experiencing this too?
