I have a stupid headcanon

So obviously we know that Taka and Mufasa are not related by blood and Mufasa gets adopted and yada yada.

But I have a weird headcanon and this might change if another movie released

What if Zira and Sarabi are related??? This has been in my head for some time and I was just making a headcanon that they might be related somehow and maybe just distant siblings
