Persona Verification Failed

Hey LinkedIn fam,

Need some help – my last name on LinkedIn doesn't match my ID. Tried Persona for verification, but they said no (surname drama). Now, stuck in a loop asking for Persona. What's the move? Persona says I already applied.

Any advice? Thanks!
