Does the .69 look positive?

I am on CD 49 of terribly long cycles and this is my first clomid cycle I have been testing religiously 2 to 3 times a day and have not ovulated yet. I was surprised when today I got the .69. That is the highest lh test I've ever gotten! I was again disappointed though, when the test I took a few hours later once again came back negative ☹️ any thoughts? Does that one look positive to anyone or is it just wishful thinking?
