Is this normal?

Firstly just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the advice and guidance posted on here, it has certainly made my journey into the world of Lepin easier.

I've ordered numerous Lepin items from AliExpress, and most of them have come well within the delivery timescales. Due to my backlog, I choose this choice seller and understood that the delivery would be longer than usual, just concerned that there has been no update since the awaiting flight shipping update.

Is this a common occurrence when the delivery is not the quicker choice delivery method? For reference the set in question is Home Alone.
