I made chilli pork with broccoli and mushrooms
I made this nice chilli pork sometime ago, it’s mostly my own recipe which I’ve been experimenting with for quite some time. I used thick, meaty pieces and I didn’t coat the meat in cornflour and deep-fry (I know that’s a common practice, but this is just my preference). The gravy is thickened with a little bit of cornflour slurry, but the consistency was mostly achieved by reducing the pork and mushroom stock for 15 minutes.
