Reset

Last week I've been doing less than 10g total carbs and been feeling amazing for 7 days, I slipped and fell off for about 5 days and I feel horrible! Absolute bloat, feeling puffy, acne, heart is racing, ravenous hunger.

What would be the best way to lose the inflammation and water weight again? And feel my best again?

I was thinking zero carbs (only meat/eggs) for 2 weeks and then back to ketovore along with 2.5l water and jogging (because I love jogging for mental health).

Advice?
