3 bedroom apartment for ~5k?

hi, im not familiar with the different neighborhoods in jersey city so i thought i could reach out here for some advice. i work in nyc so i want the commute to be convenient. besides an easy commute, my top priority would be safety! i toured an apartment today in journal square and the neighborhood didn’t seem that great. is it possible to find a 3 bedroom apartment in a nice safe neighborhood given that budget? any suggestions?
