What will be the impact of baby boomer generation dying off be?

As we know boomers have left little to no opportunities for the younger generation. Sooner or later their reign will come to an end, not trying to say all the boomers are selfish and clueless tho.

Also what is likely to die off along with their generation? what will change in the next 15-20 years?
