People! Are iPads or Tabs worth it?

I'm in college, pursuing MBA. I already have a laptop (a low end one 35k to be precise) handles the MS office work well.

I was planning to get a better laptop solely because i wanted a better screen. I watch a ton of content, lectures and media in general.

So i was thinking maybe an iPad or samsung tab could work as well and it'd be cheaper than a high end work laptop. The screen will be nice, it'll be portable and I'll be able to take notes as well.

Laptop would be preferred for MS office which my low end lappy already does pretty well.

What do y'all say?

I can afford a MacBook m2 btw, so do lmk if you'd get a tab or laptop if u were in my place.
