Fun Weekend Activities for a Married Couple?

Hey, I am 29m, my wife is 30f. I feel like we're in a bit of a rut and need some fun stuff to do. We aren't against just going out to the bars but that's more fun with friends. Anyone have any fun activities for a couple to do around town? I'm thinking something like a one night pottery class, or an escape room, or something like that?
