Does "Whizbang The Wonderful" From Dr Boom Retroactively Include Demon Hunter And Death Knight Recipes?

I just recently crafted this card and was curious. Just to be clear, I'm referring to the Whizbang from the Dr Boom expansion, not the one from Whizbangs Workshop.
